Check in after week 1 February
I have not made any progress toward my goals. On Tuesday January 16, I thought I had it figured out. I went for a run, did TTAPP felt good about my plan to run a marathon in May but in the intervening weeks, I have not done much. I fell off hard last week with Campbell's Kanc races and just feeling off. I got about 5 miles of walking Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. I had a great sleep Tuesday night and I think I came to the realization that my sleep issues are worsened by day drinking.
Sunday night we stayed in Fryeburg. Monday we took our time packing up, having breakfast, and doing a few assignments before driving home. I dropped Campbell at the Kanc around 3:45 then walked home and back for the race. Sleep was ok. Tuesday Campbell did some math, science then went to the Kanc around 12:45. She raced at 2, then I got dinner for us. I ate at 4 then walked to the race, up and down the hill, and home. I did not eat or drink anything else that night except my cherry juice, magnesium drink. I slept 7 hours straight. Definitely day drinking and then continuing into the night causes my blood sugar to drop in the middle of the night.
