I did a KB workout for legs this morning (30 minutes) plus warm up and foam roll. Then I walked 3 miles. Afterward it was time for the hot pocket, shower, lunch, and run errands. It is only 3:30 and I have already had dinner. I guess later I can have an apple or protein shake. It is supposed to snow soon so it will be a good night to just read or watch a show.
Visiting with FSC people was not high on my list today, but I did it. I got a ton of information from Rebecca about how points and FIS racing work. Plus lots of inside scoop on the various racers and their plans for next season. Tucker will be with MWV doing his best. I hope.
