What a date-4/4/24 It is day 11 but part of the larger 21 days of AF in the past 4 weeks. I had that weird 5 day thing but now I am on track.
Ski season is over, and it is time for lacrosse and spring soccer. I, for one, am super happy about this! But there is snow...too much snow for April. Just as last week's snowfall was disappearing, we got another dump of snow last night. Yes, it is pretty, but I am ready for spring. School was cancelled yesterday because there was supposed to be a foot of snow or more. Yet, we only got about 5 inches and lots of wind. Oh well. I had planned to sleep until at least 7 or 8 but Shadow needed to go out at 5am. I quietly got up and let him out then could not go back to sleep so I ate. Since I was already up and somewhat energetic, I decided to get my workout in.
Breakfast-2 eggs, cottage cheese, and cheese=400
Snack-fresh bread, PB, honey and cinnamon, 3 pieces bacon coffee=600 (one piece was with breakfast)
Lunch-Curry Turkey=400
Not sure about calories but when I am tired, I definitely eat too much. If I were drinking, today is a day that I would be crushing it. I am not and I will not.
Workout-25 minutes dance for warm-up
Shoulders-lateral raise and front 3x10 @8
modified push-up and tricep dips 3x10 hold weight overhead and march
some tae bo, dancing, abs then run 2.25 and walk 1 with Ripper.
I had no intention of going outside to run but I was worked up and wanted to get my outside workout completed.
Around 2, I went for another 2 mile walk with Shadow.
I got my reading done, I ate fairly good, and workouts are done. Now it is time to figure out dinner. I am really hungry but there just isn't anything to eat. I am bored with my meals. I ate a sausage, cottage cheese with everything seasoning, and cheese. I will have an apple before bed and maybe my cherry-magnesium drink.
For the past few days, I guess since taking the LDN, my stomach has felt full. I had better pay attention to my bathroom habits since I did have several days of flax. Today I took 2 LDN around 5:30. Let's see if it helps me sleep until 6.
