Today is day 35 AF, 28 on 75 kinda hard, and 45 AF days out of the past 51 days. Those darn 6 days of data points but they are a necessary part of the journey.
I am really proud that I am making my way through The History of Logos. It is a huge, dense book but I am learning so much. Today my reading was about the history of Islamic philosophy. They obtained the works of the Ancient Greeks which were transcribed by Persians (not sure if they were Christians or if they had been Christians who were forced to convert or die.) anyway they paved the way for Muslims to access the works of Plato and Aristotle. Unfortunately, they were unable to get to the Logos because of their inability to discuss the three-Jesus. My understanding is that they view the book as the intermediary while Christians understand the Word (Logos) was made flesh in Jesus. I also found it interesting that the Greeks had an average IQ between 115-125 so there were a few with IQ in the 145 range. They were capable of grasping and creating intricate ideas. The average IQ of the middle east is about 85. Their created religion reflects their intelligence. Considering they had access to the Greek thinkers they should have had advanced math and science. This did not happen. Instead, their advancement stopped because they would not allow the discussion resolving faith and reason to take place because it might lead to a 3rd body and that was too close to Jesus. I've got to finish the last few pages in the chapter tonight.
I wonder why I don't ever feel that empty stomach feeling. Is it because I need probiotics? I mean I feel hungry but I always feel bloated. Maybe it is because of the LDN. Not sure...but I did try on the blue Lilly pants and they fit but still a little tight. I should probably sell the pants since I never wear them out.

I am still taking the lecithin but maybe it is not working. How does one know what works and what doesn't?
Food today-2100 calories, 7 miles walk with some jog, stretch and mobility work
Breakfast 2 eggs +1 egg white, english muffin with CC and blueberries. Lecithin in coffee
Lunch salmon, salad with avacado and feta, a meat stick, and GF choc bite
Dinner cottage cheese, cheddar, and egg wrap with arugula, sauce, crab cake and pineapple/coconut smoothie with AF rum. Not bad.
I made a GF keto chocolate mug cake but just had a few bites.
Concerns thin lip. I need face yoga and exfoliate
