(2023) I am disgusted. The pictures I saw make me want to puke. I can't believe what I have done to myself. Is it he alcohol? It is age? Whatever the case, I don't like it. I was surprised at how fat my belly was. The extended belly made me sick and the fat around my body. It is gross.
The other night Tucker told me that I was chubby at college Seriously...who knows. There were no phones to take photos of my fat. I am sure I don't look as bad as today. I have to change thing. Yet, here I am today drinking a bottle of pinot noir=600 calories
I mean all day I felt bloated and full. Even before the bottle of wine. I just felt this distended belly. ho
Yes, it is age and alcohol. Did you stop taking your HRT? I think you did because it was causing cramping and bleeding along with craziness. Your body will change back to a strong, lean and younger-looking figure. Wait until you are 54 and you notice cellulite in your armpit! I am working on it.
How many times am I going to let this cycle continue? 2023-2025 it is the same thing. Drink, stop exercising, fall into a hole during the winter, then spend April-May getting my shit together just to fall right back into the same cycle.

Reading, water, and picture pretty perfect there No alcohol and no cheat meal are on target as well. I do not count the dug out bagel or bobos or dark chocolate. Those are all foods that are in my diet. My diet is calorie restricted and high protein. I have been hitting my goal of about 100 grams of protein. That covers follow a diet and no cheat meals or alcohol.
workout inside/outside 45 minutes yes, sort of. I am getting one legit 45 minutes of movement in a row most of the days. There are days when I count my 10k steps at school as part of workout 2 I always add on an additional mile or 15 minutes. There are other days when I do far more than 2 workouts of 45 minutes and there are days when I do my 2 workouts back to back like this weekend. I did my running workout followed by my gym workout. Tomorrow I will run 45 minutes and then I will keep going and I will run another 45 minutes. I am not following the rules exactly.
Here is another area where I might be stretching the rules. Day 75 ends at 5pm on Friday June 13. At this moment I plan to go out to eat and have a whiskey sour. Or something else. The Kitchen is always a good idea. Better save up.
