Weekend day 6+7

 Whatever I ate yesterday, it was really low calories plus lots of walking and workout, left me feeling pretty good this morning. It feels like the bloat is finally going down. I wonder if it could be my digestive bitter? I will continue to take them throughout the week. I also did a lemon, ACV, bitters, and seltzer drink so that is a possibility, too. 

hit the alarm 3 times and finally got up at 7am. I had 30 minutes to drink electrolytes, make coffee and breakfast. On it. walked 2 miles to Jamie's, and 3 miles home plus exercises. IM8 when I got home

fast-13.5 hours first meal at 7:30 last meal done by 5:30 if possible

Steak and egg wrap=47g protein and 350 calories

next meal egg and cream cheese=300 calories and 26 g protein  

Final food-jalepeno cream cheese without the fried part and roasted peppers and cheese off a pizza I guess another 300 calories. I stopped eating at 7pm so I can resume eating around 9am! 

Feeling good today. I like the book I am listening to and the one I am reading. The idea of an ultramarathon has me feeling excited and scared about the challenge. Now I have to grade those darn presentations. Here is the plan...set a timer and grade for 30 minutes then take a cleaning break. Keep doing it until they are finished then it is time to grade and return to Model Teaching CER.

In the book I am listening to, The 5 AM club, the author mentions the tyranny of distractions and how it destroys our creativity. I know since I have been on social media my ability to pay attention is definitely reduced. I want that easy, passive activity that sucks time and energy. I notice several things about being going alcohol free; there is more time, I eat less crap, and I am more aware of the time.
