Day 3

 My sleep last night was horrible. I took both syner sleep and yin reserve at about 8pm. Then hit the bed and did minimal scrolling before laying down to sleep at 9:15. I could not sleep, I felt that itchy, jittery feeling that comes with allergic reaction. I took a benadryl around 11 then laid there for about an hour before falling into a light sleep until 3am. Took Nyquil and made it to 6:15. Despite the lack of sleep I don't feel that anxious fatigue I would feel after drinking and not sleeping. That is a good thing. 

Woke up really hungry.

3 eggs, cheese, salsa, 1.5 french toast with syrup, coffee-500 cal 22g protein

2 rangoons-125 cal 6g protein

Walk 3 miles with the dogs

Time to do some work. 

lunch & snacks=2 chicken fingers (250c 16g) with honey mustard, handful of fries (125c), beef jerky (120K, 6g), and blueberry yogurt (100cal)=600 calories

Did my 45  minute weight workout full body but not too heavy

dinner-so much food. homemade sweet chicken sausage, noodles with alfredo sauce and a roll. I had an AF Negroni to boot. I am stuffed. It has been a long time since I allowed myself to enjoy pasta and a roll without feeling bad. Yea a bottle of wine followed by chips, a sandwich on white bread, and countless other crappy items is waaayyy better. 

Ecclesiastes 1-Everything is useless. 1-7 basically that the earth is and was and always shall be in the form of flowing and revolving. 9-nothing new under the sun. All will be forgotten. 18 he that increase knowledge increase sorrow.
