Day 14 Ready for week 3

 Monday 3/23

I was up early after hitting the bed early. Still only getting about 7-8 hours of sleep, and my body needs more. After an early dinner last night, I felt a little less bloated this morning. My reduced appetite could be caused by the microdose of semaglutide every 10 days. It doesn't seem like enough, but it could be helping, especially when I don't drink. 

Over the weekend, I thought about rewarding myself for being healthy by being unhealthy. I mean really. Why would I work hard only to reward myself with unhealthy habits like sweets or alcohol? I guess I wasn't rewarding myself as much as just relaxing from the 75 Hard list. I know I feel better during the week when I am sober. It is just an experiment for now. 

So up early, planned my day, had egg-and-cottage-cheese pancakes before heading to school. At school, someone baked a banana cake with cream cheese frosting. I had a few bites, but it was too sweet. Lunch-eggs and ground meat with hot sauce and cottage cheese. I had a little yogurt with seeds, nuts and berries. 

Preworkout-coffee and 1/2 toast with PB. Prevenix creatine! only 1/2 scoop but I think it helped. 

EMOM 2+1 squat clean and power clean 8 sets 

METCON 21, 18, 15, 12, 9   

Power clean followed by box jump set down

Wow usually box jumps are tough but this workout felt good. I kept going strong. I am feeling more comfort able with box jumps. 

Brain dump quickly

Saturday to Proctor with Campbell. Tucker has the FSC banquet and I think the guys will go. I plan to come back to FA for the dogs. 

Sunday Campbell has a race at Cannon with Dad. Tucker and I will be in Fryeburg. I have to figure out plans for the next few weeks. The ecology MMM project that I just can't seem to figure out.
