Tuesday Day 15 week 3

 Monday and Tuesday at Cross Fit. I was really feeling it today. None of my favorite exercises, but I kept at it. 

Today's AMRAP is 2x10 minutes with a 2-minute rest between 

20 calories bike (about 2 minutes)

20 wall balls- deep squat into wall ball only 8#, but it was awful

10 double burpee-that is 2 push-ups. I used a box to elevate, and it still sucked. 

One round was about 4:30. I got 4 rounds plus 5 calories on the bike. My body is just so tired. After yesterday's workout, it's unsurprising. We wrapped up the workout with 4x 15 seconds hard on the bike, followed by 15 seconds easy. That was a solid 30-minute workout. How am I going to keep up the workouts when I am done with CrossFit? I have to find several good workouts and a few mornings to get to the gym. 

That is not important right now. Right now, I am focused on getting through the next week and getting ready to coach track. I have to talk with Matt about it tomorrow. 

Food today

2 eggs, cinnamon toast with butter         400 calories 18g

toast with pb and coffee                         200 cal 5g

yogurt berries and seeds                         200 calories 15g

chicken and salad w/ cottage cheese     400 calories 30g

wrap, cheese, steak peppers                    500 cal 30g 

1700 calories sounds about right but even at 2000 it is a deficit. I feel a little hungry right now but it is good to go to bed a little hungry. Hopefully I get my energy back tomorrow. Plus tomorrow night is easy night.
